I'm in great danger where I live at. And no one cares. The guy who lives below me has already killed 3 people. And I'm locked in my apartment almost every day now. I don't know what to do and I don't need this stress on me. Especially since I'm pregnant. What do I do now? Because even the police won't do anything about him.

This just doesn't make sense to me. If you're scared then go to a homeless shelter. If not then stop living your life in fear. If this guy "killed people" then he would be in jail. Regardless if you don't piss him off then he shouldn't want to kill you. Omg I don't even know how to process this post its so ridiculous.
If there is proof that he killed someone he would be locked up. They won't let a proven killer be on the loose.. i would suggest going somewhere else if you feel in danger.

You are a grown woman and can leave any time you want to. 1 he's probably lying, 2 you are acting very childish if you believe everything you are told and think someone's forcing you st live somewhere, 3 you sound like you need to go get some help. I'm ward of the state here. I have a guardian who controls where I live at to. And I just called 911 to have him taken care of. Since no one else will do that here.
If you are over 18 you are in control of your own life and where you live. No state wards people over 18 because there's too many kids for them to worry about. No I don't know you or your history but I know how state custody and laws are
They tricked me into signing my life over to them. When I turned 18. And I was put into faster care when I was a teen. They took me from my mother then and I've almost died in there care. And got me by a trick. That I didn't know about.

I saw in another post you said something about spending time with your man. Why isn't he protecting you or moving you out of this place since you are so scared? I thought this app was cool at first because I could talk to other moms in my situation of being pregnant. I was asking for advice on that and how to calm down after something like what I posted earlier happens to me. But I guess I can't do that.

No one understands me because they don't know my whole life story. If I made a post on that then I would probably get kicked off for telling everyone about my life. That has actually happened to me. But I don't want that to happen. Because I also need advice on how to handle my first pregnancy.

We have given you advice. You are an adult you control your life. If you don't want to be somewhere then leave. It is really that simple unless you are on house arrest or under 18. And like what @meetthevalentines2017 said, why don't you have your man help you? This is all advice and the only advice any of us can give you and you aren't wanting to take it. You are getting mad at us for helping you.
We have staff here who take us places that we need to get to. I'm talking about on this post about at night when there is no staff here. I can't even go outside to enjoy a beautiful day when I am at home. But I had really three stops I made in town before all this hell broke loose.

Looks like I have no choice but to do it. And to straighten everything out about my living situation here. We are allowed to leave and come back when we want to. But if we want to go with either family or friends we have to get permission to do that. And also have that person give information about what we have planned for the entire time we are together. And they have to also give the staff there information to.
But ever since this guy moved in I've been stuck in my apartment not being able to do much outside. Especially to work in the garden they just put in for us last summer.
Because she heard it all from me. And so far no one else has been actually listening to what i tell them about my history.

I'm not in a mental hospital. I'm in my own apartment where we can have anyone in our apartment at anytime. And I've been looking for someone to be with ever since I moved here. And I ended up getting pregnant here to. Just to tell you little more. I was in Faster care when I was taken from my mom when I was just a teen. And when I turned 18 the state tricked me into signing my life over to them. That's how I ended up being ward of the state.
Ever since then I've been through hell and been raped beaten starved molested abused neglected abandoned and so much more all under the hand of the state.
I work for the state that I live in, with developmentally disabled individuals. What you are describing sounds like you live in a group home within your states agency. Since you are over 18 years old, you are there voluntarily, meaning that they did not trick you, you signed paperwork agreeing to live there. That also means you have the right to withdraw yourself from the state system and leave at any time. However, being pregnant, if you do not have anywhere to go, leaving is not a smart option. Also in that sense, depending on the state and it’s regulations, they may not be required to allow you to have a baby living where you do. It sounds like your “neighbor” may be a roommate who has some mental health issues, in which case, because there are staff where you live, you are not necessarily in immediate danger. However, all of the concerns you are having are valid and I suggest you bring them up to your psychologist and primary care doctor. Good luck.

So it's almost like a group home. But the staff here only work from 8 in the morning to 8 at night everyday here.

It's something like a group home. But the staff only work from 8 am to 8 pm everyday. So we don't always have staff on bord. Like a group home or an adult faster care home does. It's where we learn to live on our own. And try getting our guardianship to ourselves. So we can actually live on our own someday.
