@simplyshantell, lol I eat one every morning 😂

@kaela3 Me too 😂 Mainly because I need to get something quick in my stomache so I dont feel sick and it tastes good lol

@simplyshantell, I eat cereal every morning and throw it up and then wait like an hour and then eat a bagel lol

@morgan.k @kaela3 My morning ritual is wake up, throw up (first thing 😂), take medicine, eat bagel w. Cream cheese 😂, lay down till medicine kicks in. Lol

@simplyshantell, lol I don't have anything in my stomach when I wake up so I'd rather eat my cereal then do the business 😂😂

@morgan.k, it's good with strawberry cream cheese too!! We have both I've been using regular lol

@kaela3 I dont either, I'd just prefer to throw up a small amount of bile rather than food 😂 I just get it out of the way first thing that way I can feel better and no food comes up.. @morgan.k I do the whipped mixed berry one sometimes, its so good 😍

@kaela3 I literally almost dont have any in the morning! Thats the good thing.. Yet its still a relief when i get it out of the way because i feel better afterwards lol.
