Yesterday was the worst day of my life my heart dropped when a simple shopping day went really wrong my daughter was picking out all the stuff she wanted then we went to the clothes to see if she wanted a Minnie Mouse shirt because just the day before she went shopping with my mother and bought Minnie Mouse shoes and a watch I gave her the shirt and told her there was more I turned around and within a second she started crying I turn back around with my mother-in-law to see why and she was on the floor covering her eyes and when my mother-in-law took her hands off of her eye that's when we both saw the hanger was in her eye my heart dropped I froze and could not figure out what to do my mother-in-law told me to go get help my mother-in-law had to take out the hanger out of my daughter's eye or she would have ripped it and made it worse thank God she was there we were in the ER from 2:30 yesterday till midnight and thankfully she can still see and everything is okay other than her eye is really swollen and pretty much shut closed. I keep beating myself up thinking I should have watch her more than I normally do when my mother-in-law said go shop normally I don't do that and I watch my daughter and don't buy anything for myself my husband and my mother-in-law tell me not to keep beating myself up my daughter is fine it was a freak accident and they do happen and I am by no means the best mother in the world but knowing that my daughter wanted me and needed me it keep helping me to through this I'm a put on a show that I'm okay to everybody else but I am really dying inside.

I'm so sorry momma! Accidents do happen but I'm glad she's OK! Kids get hurt a lot growing up and that's why they're so resilient! But I understand feeling guilty. She'll heal up and forget it ever happened. Just keep her feeling better while she heals💕

@hazelnautumnsmomma125 thank you I am am just so thankful that there was no damage to her eye and she can see perfectly I don't know what I would done if she did have really damaged by it was one of the most worst experience of my life. I just feel that I know accidents happen she falls and hurt herself but nothing like a hanger in her eye I don't know why I just keep beating myself up.

@lillynellasmom that is a crazy accident to have happen.. But I wouldn't blame yourself for it. She's A tough cookie💕💕 and I probably would have panicked too if I was in your position. I think any good mom would lol

@hazelnautumnsmomma125 I will try not to. She is so tough and was more worried about her sister after all the doctors were messing with her. She made me hold her hand the whole time and and would not let me leave her side just to go to the restroom. She is acting like nothing happened and she is a normal child the only thing she said this morning was broke eye and then ran off to play.

@hazelnautumnsmomma125 I will try and I am more of a nervous wreck because I start my training tomorrow so I'll be gone for 4 days from 8:30 to 5 and I feel so horrible for leaving her but my husband will be here and my whole family will be here to take care of her until I can come back. Then I will be working from home.

Accidents happens and as mom's we cent watch our child's every move. My youngest fell down our door steps with me right there and broke his nose. It makes us feel so bad but we can't always be supermom . Glad she is okay

I had a freak accident with my son and it gets thrown in my face. He slipped in the gym at my moms apt and he had to get stitches in his chin.
