I think you can but be careful.. I used it around 23 weeks and had a very severe reaction to it and ended with a burn.. I used it prior to the pregnancy with no issues
I used it with my last pregnancy.. I didn't have any reaction to it. But I had used it before getting pregnant as well so I know I wasn't allergic or anything.

I'd say no. Or at least ask your doctor first, since it says that on their package and I've read where peoples doctors say no.
