Idk what should I do ?🙄🙁should I get my baby circumsized? Or not what's ur comments hes got appointment for tomorrow!! I just don't want my baby to hurt n be n pain
If u decide to do it do it as early as possible. Regardless ur baby will feel pain, they're taking skin off his area. I circumcised my son when he was 2 days old b4 we left the hospital. It truly is up to u. I wasn't Sure If I want to do it but I'm glad I did. It's a cleaner less complicated way of life for a boy/man. My opinion.
@ameliask, yeah it fail off yesterday so how many days should he be getting a bath
@gabriela_duque18 that's not for your doc to decide they have to respect your decision 😒😡
The same way women teach their daughters to wipe front to back to avoid infection, we teach our sons to bathe properly.
Boys were born with that skin for a reason. It protects the penis and has many nerve endings.
We now live in a society where although it has been proven that it isn't medically necessary, people do it because they don't want their son's penis to "look weird or different".
Some insurance won't even cover the procedure anymore because it is considered cosmetic.
That being said, do your research and make a personal choice based on what you know. Not based on the opinions of others. This is a personal choice.
Im not gonna lie and say it wont be painful. It will just like shots or anything else the baby has to get done such as blood work or whatever. I let my husband make the decision and he decided for my boys and im good with it. My sons came back just as calm as when they left. No issues at all after or sense but that is my experience.
@gabriela_duque18 not true at all. They don't get infections if you clean them and teach themselves to clean their parts. Circumcision is mostly cosmetic unless there's a medical need for it. Or religious. Nothings wrong with neither one. One is not cleaner than the other, or more prone to infection, long as the baby is clean.
I personally would and a nurse told me it don't even hurt them cuz they numb it first.
It was good to do right when he was born but it's never too late. Just don't wait too long . I wanna do it on my son but I get scared too cause I don't wanna see him in pain 😩
@ameliask, people telling me it's good to do it because infections n stuff idk what I want to do
No none of my sons have ever had infections. There is no reason they would get any. They take baths just like any other boy.
@beebaby, will it be ok to do it on the 10th that's my appointment I just don't want him n pain 😭 after words I can't hurt my baby
Look up the procedure. Understand what is done and how it's done.
I personally couldn't subject my sons to it
