Care.com does background checks on the people listed on their site and i interviewed about 5 or 6 nanny’s before i found one that was the right match for us.

@dylansmom, I'm just scared to use those websites just because I don't know the person personally. Did you interview a couple people and then decide?

I found my nanny on care.com but i heard sittercity.com is good too
