For me i did it two days to be on the safe. I had foul smell thick discharge and pain in my lower abdominal area and pelvic area, pain during sex. Now all that is gone after 2 day treatment. Yes it does smell like garlic but i wear a panty liner and wash up with baking soda water afterwards
