Told my husband that he needs to start looking for a new job. He’s overworked and under appreciated. I know that’s sometimes typical at a job but he’s been at his for 10+ years and they always talk to him about how great of a job he does. (He works security) it’s just difficult because he makes 17+ an hour. I’ve been looking on job sites and haven’t found much. This is so disheartening because I know how unhappy he is. 😭😭
