Can someone with experience or knowledge tell me how to know my water is leaking? I've been leaky, I didn't really experience this with my first.
@caitlynjones2000, I can feel with my hands his legs and whatnot. It's hard to watch with a one year old!
My dr told me yesterday that if I was losing fluid I'd be able to see distinct baby part moving around in my belly because I've been having such watery discharge the past couple weeks. She said you'd feel constant popping and leaking in your vagina and you'd actually be able to soak through pads after a lot of movement !
@happymomma96, I would because if your water has leaked or Broken you and baby can develop an infection after 24 hr Mark. I’d call and go for piece of mind
@pipelinemama, now I haven't had anything happen but I've been laying down, should I still call?
@happymomma96, again, I would just head on over to L&D you don't want to risk if you are.
@kasey-ann, @pipelinemama, @littleonemorning, here is what happened, I went pee, came back to late down and felt a small gush that soaked my underwear, so I went back to the bathroom and changed my underwear. And I just now feel like it's slowly running out. Like really slow.
My water tore and didn’t break until they broke it for me in the hospital. Oddly enough it kinda felt like when I stand up on my period after sitting for a while, sorry tmi but that’s the closest description I could think of
also, I didnt have this before but was told it would have a sweet smell. And if at any point you think you are leaking, head over to L&D, they will test you, sometimes it's just a lot of discharge, but better safe than sorry
@taylorsmommy10817, right now it feels like I'm on my period, everytime I go pee, I have a quarter size wet spot in my panties... Any idea?
