My son had a little flat head, but nothing serious. I was able to correct it with tummy time, some babies wear a helmet.

It was pretty bad. They were told that sometimes doing PT to strengthen neck muscles helps because the baby won't lay on that part of the head all the time, but his was too bad. Got the helmet in June. He just turned 9 months.
