Guys... tell me if I’m over reacting or not... so we told my parents and my husbands parents about us being pregnant, I’m 9 weeks and I didn’t want to announce it to anyone else until I was farther along. like idk, 20 weeks or so. I find out that my mother in law told other family members and my niece in Florida messaged my husband saying congrats and all that...and I’m really upset about it. He doesn’t seem bothered. I don’t want to say anything to my husband because I know he’s excited and the only reason I had found out this was because I saw on his Facebook messenger. Lol. Am I over reacting? Should I be upset?

When you tell people you can only hope that they respect your wishes. Best thing is to keep it to yourself.

Ughhh this happened to me a couple weeks ago! My mil told everyone on my husbands side of the family. I was sooooo upset! But my husband was like whatever 😔

@kkmamax3, she told my husbands side, from what I know is she told all his sisters and they have loud mouths and can’t keep secrets, so I’m guessing the whole world will already know by the end of tonight

Couldn’t agree with you anymore, I feel like she just ruined everything and now everyone is gonna know before I tell them 😢 it’s not gonna feel as special as I wanted it to be..

I would be mad, I wouldn’t let anyone really know until I was at least 12 weeks and didn’t announce it until I was 20 weeks I wanted to be more on the safe side

Not overreacting, I waited about 18 weeks to tell anyone I was pregnant because I knew no one would keep quiet. Next time it’s best to keep it to yourself until you are ok with every one knowing
