Can I eat ham or chicken salad while pregnant?

I eat chicken salad sandwiches from the gas station all the time 😂

I made my chicken salad homemade and if you heat the ham you good..but I know some people that ate whatever they wanted and was ok

There is nothing wrong with chicken salad if it’s fully cooked chicken...’not canned chicken but chicken you actually boil or grill yourself then mix.

It's not recommended I don't think.
