Nice that she’s popped up to ask about her grandson. She normally only gets in touch when she wants something. She’s not had him overnight for well over a month and she’s only seen him twice during that time because I’ve taken him to her! I’ll be surprised he’ll even let me leave him there he doesn’t like her even going to pick him up if he hasn’t seen her in two weeks. It’s funny because last time I asked her to have him she said to my sister, “Tell her no, does she not realise I’ve got cancer!”.. which is hilarious because she goes out on the piss every weekend with her new fella and she’s on Cancer meds. I love the woman to bits but I won’t tolerate her messing my son about. Am I the only one that after having a child of my own, could see all the faults in my own parents?

Your definitely not the only one! My mil has never seen my daughter and never will and my dad has never had my daughter alone and only sees her when I take her to him and even then he doesn't really care! If you don't feel happy leaving him with her then I wouldn't xxx

@isabellaboo, I don’t understand how they don’t wanna see them. If I was a Nana I’d wanna see my grandchildren all the time. Both my mother and my dad don’t bother only when it suits them. My mil is amazing though she helps me out with anything, she has him every Sunday night till Tuesday morning and she’s even taking two weeks off work when my partner goes back after his paternity leave to help care for me and the kids. To think I used to call this woman every name under the sun 😂. Since her knowing my parents don’t care she’s been lovely must like being Jarrod’s favourite grandparent lol xxx
