What the comments above said..breast milk helps..if not just let it be clean and moisturized it'll go away on its own ..my daughter had it and lasted about a month

@kaatiasannchez, you should put breastmilk if you can, if not don’t do anything it will go away very soon. Don’t put scented lotions
