@mrslasyone, I’ve been watching every storm this season and didn’t have a sept baby shower because I figured Louisiana is far less likely to have an October direct hit. It’s pretty rare but OF COURSE it’s going to happen! Lol 🤦🏻‍♀️

Mine was originally scheduled the Saturday after Irma hit (I live in N Central FL) & I had to push it 2 weeks out to this past Saturday bc the place I had it (& most of the people attending) still didn't have power..these storms need to be more courteous to us expecting moms damnit lol 😅

@crystalhealing, im from there. My family is there. Is it suppose to be bad?! Dont need another flooding. Plus my shower is next weekend & my family is coming from there i dont need them canceling bc of damage. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

@chelli, yeah obviously. The issue is that my entire side of the family is not local. They’re all coming from out of state.
