QUESTION :: My iron is very low. The say it should be at a 12, mines is a 5. It's actually been an issue my whole adult life. Anyhow so therefore I'm anemic and I'm wondering.... Since I breastfeed ALMOST exclusively is that effecting my baby? Like since my iron is low that means I have little to give her right? So is it possible for her to be anemic? I noticed she shakes a lot, as if she's cold all the time that's what struck my suspension... Any answers
