One of my good friends is in the last days of her pregnancy. She chose a different hospital than what I recommend her and she has had horrible troubles with them since day 1. She scheduled an induction a month ago for tomorrow morning and has persistently made sure she was still scheduled well last night she went in with contractions and she’s dilated to 4. They stopped her contractions and sent her home. Now they’ve called her telling her that they’re rescheduling her induction because they’re full and if she goes into labor on her own she won’t have a bed. They stopped her contractions twice now both times she was past 36 weeks. She was bleeding a few weeks ago and lost her mucus plug (I know it grows back) and having contractions and they put her on bed rest basically. I’m terrified for her to have that baby at that hospital. They have been so disorganized and unprofessional the entire time she’s used them. 😔

Wow that sucks. She should of went to the one you told her. The hospital I went was the best. When I decided to give birth there I went to see what people had to say about that hospital and everything they said was bad. I was scared as my dude date was getting closer and closer. I went into labor 5 days early. When I got there everyone was very sweet with me. The security guard got a wheelchair for me and toke us to L&D. When we got there this nice nurse put my IV and toke me to the room I would deliver at. I would get new nurses every other hour and I loved them all. I was sad when one would leave but I would also love the new one lol. And the doctor was a women she was so nice to me even went to see how I was doing that same day I gave birth but like around 8 am or so. After all everything went good.

@roselove11, yes! I absolutely loved my doctor and nurses they were fantastic and so sweet. A couple hours after they induction started my baby’s heart beat started dropping and coming back up and I was really worried they were talking about c-section if they couldn’t get it controlled. I had to wear an oxygen mask and everything. They made a nurse stand in my room and constantly watch the monitors to make sure me and baby were okay. The whole time tho she acted like it was the best job she had. She’d laugh and talk to my family and just seemed so laid back even though she was having to stand and watch monitors. I loved every single nurse that I met during that time. I really wish she wouldn’t took my suggestion cause she deserves the same kind of treatment during this time.

Omg I almost had an Emergency C-section. I was already in the room but before we left they put something on my IV and when we got to the room I was going to have the C-section my baby’s heart went back to normal. They were there by my side all the time. When I was getting the epidural this lady was holding my hands talking about her kids. No one judge me because I was young and about to have a baby. One told me at least your having your baby young I was 30 and I was hard for me. She even said I was strong since I did kinda last with the contractions before getting the epidural. I was always saying sorry to them when I gave birth and I would have to go to the bathroom and blood would go everywhere because they had to clean it. I know I shouldn’t feel sorry since that’s their job and I did just give birth but I mean I was. I wished I could of clean it myself. Everyone very nice but one old lady was not nice at all she was the one who came to ask about me and my SO for her birth certificate and all that. She had a mad face and talked like if she was angry

@roselove11, I hated going to the bathroom too. I only had to have a nurse go with me about 2-3 times after the birth and even though it wasn’t too bad I just hated that they had to be in there and clean up my mess. They all acted like it wasn’t nothing tho and they’d just talk to me and make jokes until it was all over.
