My order of Yogi tea finally came (thank you iHerb for always being fast for getting orders out). Been neglecting drinking this so i ordered some to get me through a few months. Gotta keep my cycle regular and my body ready for a baby!!

Does it really work to regulate your cycle? I want to stop BC but my cycles have never been regular

@lucifermommy it helps me a lot. I have PCOS so my periods were never regular and after drinking this it has really helped sync my cycle

@mrs.olivas that's a good one too, the moon cycle had raspberry leaf in it also. I think the moon over this one but both are very good

@mrs.olivas I haven't venture out beyond the women's tea but I'm gonna stock up on some soon for cold and flu season.
