So I’ve been having ALL the pregnancy symptoms for about a month now , my stomach is even growing and looking like a pregnancy belly nipples darkening weight gain etc.. but my home pregnancy tests come back negative? Any ideas why

I have not yet gone to see a doctor, I have an appointment set up for next week but I just thought it was super weird how it’s not showing up! I mean my boobs are growing and my milk ducts have opened up too!
