I wouldn't go too crazy with the clothes or diapers, mainly just in case your baby outgrows them. Wipes on the other hand, hell I'd be happy to have a bunch stocked up! From the shower my aunt and sister threw me (both different days and after I had my son home) I got a bunch of wipes and I think we were good till the end of the year or so. Both showers were in September and the big boxes of Sams club wipes, plus a few smaller packs from Target too.
