I feel sooooo sick
I just puked out of nowhere, my nausea is so bad, I’m having cold sweats but I’m sooo hot I have a fan on full blast and I’m cramping
I’m a damn mess 😭

I been asked all day if I’m having twins since I’m gone be 4 months
