@kuehnk11 hey i did say it doesn't hurt to ask your doctor/ set up an appointment 😊 cuz i dont know much bout that

@kuehnk11 braxton hicks are tightening of the stomach that causes cramps and then it releases itself. Might not always causes cramps, but will always tighten and harden the stomach/uterus for a few seconds or a minute and then release itself like a practice contraction.

@anacort only happena when i sit
