I don’t want to see the picture, but for diaper rashes many mothers have told me (for pee diapers) get a cloth with warm (not too warm) water with baby oil and baby soap and dab with that, let it dry real good try to go diaper free a little bit to air all of that out. You might need to switch to water wipes it’s 99%water. I would take her to the doctor tomorrow because diaper rashes when they blister can lead to deeper issues such as too much acid in her poop, yeast infects etc etc. take to to the doctor. My Doctor has said if it blisters or bleeds down there from a rash take the baby in immediately.
