I want to know if im being a little too much..my birthday was on Monday and i got my nails and feet…
I want to know if im being a little too much..my birthday was on Monday and i got my nails and feet done on Sunday with my MIL then later that night i went to eat with my husband since we weren't going to be able to go Monday me getting my nails done and feet was not a birthday present cause ive been trying to go for the longest just never had time cause my husband is always working so my question is should i be mad cause i still haven't gotten no present for my birthday and i had to go and get my own pie that he was supposed to get me on my day just need a little advice should i be mad or appreciate him for taking me to eat on Sunday

Appreciate it. But I know how you feel that's usually all I get from my husband. My birthday just passed and I actually got a gift this year but didn't get to go to dinner! You can't say nothing to them cuz that will make them feel bad! I've learned after 11 years to appreciate what I can get from him. It seems like as the years pass my birthday seems less and less special to him!

@carolina_mama i did make him feel a little bad but i told him i didnt mean to i just hate how we been together for 9yrs and he still says he dont know what to get me he rather just take me to get something and i hate that

@carolina_mama they dont specially when i have been giving him idea's of what i want him to get me or things i like i guess he just dont pay attention

Don't be mad , just be straight up with your man .tell him I want a birthday gift don't give him hints just let him know " guys can't read our minds they don't think like us . just talk to him girl . but don't get mad for something that your trying to hint to him on what you want . on my birthday me and my boyfriend discussed on where i wanted to go .and I told him exactly what I wanted .and he gave me what I asked for .
