I feel like Braxton hicks are different depending on the gender of the baby. With my son it was a tightening feeling in the back and moved up to my uterus, and that's exactly how I labored. With my baby girl it starts tightening in my uterus and stays there. Kind of makes me cringe my teeth and even makes my head feel tight. I'm pretty sure that's how I'll labor too :(
