How do you get your 1month old to sleep?bottle?do you rock them? Or??

When my daughter was a month old usually she just fell asleep with a bottle. If that didn’t work I would rock her and pat her butt.

I rock my son like it's nobodies business lol I rocked both my boys . They just like movement when falling asleep

My routine is I rock my son until he's asleep then stop rocking sit there for five minutes and then put him down lol both my kids are not big sleepers so I do what I gotta do to get them to sleep

I never let them cry it out . My toddler grew out of it and falls asleep just fine. I don't believe in spoiling them 🤷🏼‍♀️
