Can anyone help me out with this?
I can't tell if these are contractions, or what. My abdomen gets extremely firm, and whichever side the baby is on, you can see a definite bulge. It's very unpleasant, and I just try to breath through it. I don't know if it's contractions, or just from the way he is pushing out on my stomach, or what 😣

How far along are you ? I used to get BH pretty bad, but one night I thought it was just BH and I was in preterm labor. The most important thing to do is just see how far apart they are.

@stevie.savoie22 I didn't think I was going into labor, but wasn't sure if it was Braxton hicks or not. I didn't experience this with my other pregnancies. My labor was induced first pregnancy, and ended in emergency c-section, so I don't even remember what the contractions were like.

@firsttimemommy017 @mateoamsavannahgg I am 30 weeks along. It's been happening every few minutes for the past hour. I just took some Tylenol, and I think I'll soak in the bath, see if it stops.

@joanna.davis, has it stopped? This happened to me with both pregnancies. First one at 32 weeks, second at 22, I knew they were contractions. It wouldn’t hurt to just get it check out next time it happens, if it keep going on. Hope your feeling better!

@purpledpink it did stop, now I just feel kinda sore and weak. I have a Dr appointment next week, so unless it happens again and gets worse, I'll just mention it then.
