I gave up on going natural this month so back on birth control I go.. My doctor was able to refill my prescription I guess I'm going to try again next month. But I will be stocking up on raspberry leaf tea and raspberry leaf the capsules. I did notice a difference in my flow while drinking the tea so I guess it does work. I honestly just got tired of bleeding and cramping but I'm going to commit to go on natural next month.. I just need to mentally prepare myself for all the bleeding and cramping lol
