Is there anything I can take to to eliminate my appetite?? I can't stand feeling hungry and knowing that I'm really not!! I don't want to gain weight .
Try drinking tea or water, chew gum, brush your teeth, go for a walk when you can and fill your house with healthy snacks. Some people eat when they are bored it's called emotional eating, but you are allowed to eat when you are hungry just make sure you are eating healthy, not chips and fries.
