@jodeciafranklin, i havent did anything because for the longest time i didnt know i had hemroids. It never bothered me or had me hurting. The first time i had it i was hurting and it hurt to sit but it went away and I never realized it came back because like i said it never bothered me. I have that group b test on the 11th i wonder if the dr gone say something

I have hemmroids too. What helps me long term is my Benifiber. For a more now relief, preparation H and warm baths. It really helps to stay up on your fiber even if things have calmed down. I take a smaller amount daily.
