Sigh I'm sorry I just need to vent...I was on a breastfeeding group on Facebook and it felt like I was being bullied by the ebf mom's because I've had to supplement with formula since she's needed to gain weight. Even with explaining her story to these woman I'm just getting back to nursing and it's made me feel bad cause I'd give her as much formula as she needs and most woman were saying "Oh don't do that you'll stretch out her stomach" well I'm not gonna let her starve...and lately she's been having 1-4oz anyway so I don't think she's stretching her stomach...

I don't feed into what other people say. Honestly babies know when they're hungry why should we starve them?????

@armywife72515 mama's know best! You do what u feel is right! I feel judged all the time because I didn't even try breastfeeding, I wish I did but nothing I can do about it now. As long as they're eating and healthy who the hell cares!

@armywife72515, mamas definitely know best. Is breastfeeding amazing? It is But you know what else is also amazing? A fed and happy baby. You’re doing what’s best for your baby. That’s what matters. Formula was created for a reason. There is no shame in it. Don’t let anybody make u feel that way mama

@armywife72515 I can relate. I tried to breast feed for 1 month and didn't produce much so I supplemented with formula also. And since I needed to return to work and she loved the bottle. I just continued feeding her formula enough to calm her hunger. Babies will let u know when there good
