Pretty sure my daughters been going through the 18 month sleep regression a little early this month & im damn near to losing my shit. She’s been staying up later and later and refusing her naps. Doesn’t matter if I lie down with her or set her down as soon as she’s asleep. She will get up instantly and cry 🤦🏼♀️😩😩😩

Has daddy tried to put her to sleep? Has something changed in her life recently for her to start refusing sleep? Like a work schedule change where she sees less of one parent and more of the other? Is she in Daycare? Did she start Day Care recently? Or was she taken out of daycare recently? Does she know about the new baby? This could be her objection to a number of things.

@mommabear538, no nothing has really changed. Her father has always worked long hours & isn’t around much especially to try to put her to sleep. And I don’t think she can comprehend yet that there’s a baby in my belly. I made an attempt to tell her but she looked at me blankly so I’m pretty sure it’s just some sort of a sleep regression. I don’t see any new teeth budding through her gums either. I’m just exhausted & don’t know what more to do to get her to sleep.
