@momofdeuce, @hannahlh20, thank you! Mine was doing two and kinda late bedtime and now this week has switched and only wanting one and an earlier bedtime! She wakes a lot at night recently too. I liked the two because it was a nice break sometimes but wanted to make sure one was okay at this age!

My daughter at a year old took one nap that was 3-4 hours long and went to bed at 7:30.

2 at best but one is enough with an earlier bedtime .
