I’m having an anniversary dinner with my hubby and I may have a glass of wine
Should I pump as soon as the next feeding comes up? And do I need to pump again for the next feeding following (totaling two feedings)?

You don't need to pump at all if its just a glass of wine.

No need to pump and dump, as long as you can still drive, you are sober enough to breastfeed

Only about 0.01% of the alcohol you consume gets to your breast milk so yes if you can drive you can breast feed

No need to pump and dump. Just nurse or pump as normal unless your drunk

Yeah see, I’m not a big alcohol person, so less than 1/2 a glass of wine can get me buzzed lol 😂
