Let me tell you something ladies. For all of the ladies that want to get on birth control after you have your baby or just to prevent pregnancy do your research smh. I've been on birth control for a year and a half and I finally decided to go natural because of the issues I was having with my birth control. Another big reason why I decided to go natural earlier than expected was because I lost all of my birth control when I moved and my insurance wouldn't replace it until the 28th of October. This month is my first period without birth control and when I tell you this is some of the worst cramping,bleeding I've ever done I'm bleeding like I just gave birth( postpartum bleeding) I just want to kick myself. I feel like this is the worst thing that I've ever done to my body and now I just got to sit here and have to deal with it. I've only been on my cycle for 6 days but this is the heaviest mess ever smh. I'm going to try raspberry leaf tea to see if it would help slow down the bleeding other than that I don't know what to do I did contact my doctor I wrote him so I'm basically just waiting to get a response but I don't even know if there's anything that can help me at this point. I don't know if I can take any more of this but I know I need to go natural. This shyt sucks sooo bad.
