My husband researched ICP so he understands it just in case. He saw possibility of stillborn if untreated or birth after 37 weeks and is now mad because my Dr office kept blowing me off for 3 days until I finally got someone to listen and then I was sent to be checked out. He is saying the Dr is/was very neglectful in this whole situation.

Let him get mad. I'm mad for you! I believe the only thing that would happen if you have it is they would have you deliver at 37 weeks, most likely via c-section.

I had something similar though not ICP. I'm only 9 weeks and 6 days now but when I was 8 weeks I went for my first ultrasound and there were two sacs. Dr glance at one says it's empty then moves on to the other to see the baby. That was it. He didn't tell me anything on why there were two or anything like that. Just told me to have a nice day I was so upset cause I didn't know what was going on. I went to a new dr this past Wednesday and showed him the picture and he was just as confused as I was so he scheduled me an ultrasound appointment for this coming Tuesday to get a clear image of what exactly is going on. I would like to know. He said that other dr should have looked into that more and answered my questions. Long story short of you don't like your dr or they aren't treating you like you should be then find a better dr like I did
