Not sure where this would fall - category wise. I lost my fiance on my 30th birthday. I am now in a great relationship (for the last 4 years). I am also now pregnant. My baby's due date is my late fiances birthday. I know the likelihood of that actually being the due date are low, but my decision to go ahead and keep the baby are effected by this coincidence.
How do you think my boyfriend feels knowing the significance of this date. ...

He shouldn't be bothered. It's a due date, the day his child will be brought into this world. Like you said, the likelihood of it actually happening in your due date are slim.
