I really can't stand seeing mothers underdress their babies in the cold weather. Please put jackets, hats, mitts, and shoes on your babies, they get cold easily.
The other morning it was 9 degrees outside, and another mom had herself and her 7 year old bundled up in jackets, but her baby was wearing a tshirt and jeans with no socks of anything. Poor thing was sneezing like crazy.

I saw this the other day at Walmart. The parents had pants and sweaters on and the poor baby was in a tank shirt and shorts :(

Or a newborn without a hat no matter the weather like ugh they're still so small and can have soo much damage done to them when not dressed properly, my niece had a seizure on the bus one year because her mom over dressed her in the summer time ppl need to be more careful
