RANT ALERT. Love how my so called "friends" just had the nerve to say I have all the time in the world compared to the other mum friend on our group... Why? Because she works and I don't??! Wtf is this shit. My pregnant hormonal ass is hurt. I give 100% props to her for being a working mum. However she lives at her mums house, she is lucky enough to have her parents take care of her home, her child, her bills, her cooking, her cleaning. I may be home all day but I have a household to run, a child to look after, and I'm fucking 27 weeks pregnant. I'm not just sitting around on my arse all day doing nothing. So hurtful that my peers see me as lesser because I'm a stay at home mum.

A full tine mum is a full tine job. I work my arse off everyday with my kids. Its not easy.

Why your friends even said this is beyond me x what was the need x everyone has their own life, happiness, struggles etc x comparing people and situations is a moronic move x especially at their age x it was clearly just to get to u x I don't blame u for being hurt hun x

@kayteamay Tell me about it. Like having a child means I'm free to sit around all day. No, the amount of mental effort it takes to keep your child alive, healthy, fed, happy, stimulated, nurtured, throughout the entire day and then also somehow care for your own needs! And get your own normal life sorted. I guess noone understands till they are a parent so I get it, she's naive in that sense.

@xxxzenixxx 100% it was a sly dig and being pregnant I just wasn't able to brush it off easily. But someone whose going to compare 2 peoples lives from the outside, even whilst knowing them personally inside, is never going to sympathise or empathise or learn. So whatever. That particular friend just fell pregnant herself, but I still don't see her changing her views on me.

I've been a sahm and a working mum and both have their challenges and rewards. If this friend doesn't have children yet she has no idea and as you say is guessing a situation without the experience herself. She may not have meant it to be hurtful. I don't know. I don't know her or how she said it. Some people are just naive. If she's a close friend then these things can be talked about then learnt from. If she's just an annoying character then I probably wouldn't be worried if the friend ship fizzled out lol
