So my newborn daughter still hasn't been added to win because they've closed early everyday this week. I called and asked, my appointment is at 9:30, we ran late because our other daughter had her 4 year check up at 8:30 and it took over an hour to get seen, can we still come in and get her added. They said yes get here by 11, we did and I get told no. I'm moving and your supposed to help us with the transfer but no y'all turn us away for no reason. You have no reason to close early at all this week.
