It shouldn't say anything specifically on it, because that violate hipaa.. and if it does go back and tell them you want it to say he needs to be out for x amount of days thats it.

And his job cant ask why he needed to be out, that also violate hipaa

They just back dated it took us a while because drs office kept messing up paperwork but have him give them a copy of drs note till it’s all done
