Omg low back pain all day on and off then once it goes away I get cramps .. now starting to get low back pain with it again .. Hope everything is normal in my pregnancy because I ain't stressing or bleeding or nothing I'm just hurting alittle here and there !! (Early) 3rd pregnancy !! Advice ...????

Anyone have preterm labor? I got this unbearable pain in my back, worse that normal and I have had horrible back pain this whole pregnancy...then I started getting cramps super low in my abdomen...they felt constant but I was in so much pain they I didn't time them or anything. Woken up to the worse back pains ever I had to get on all fours for it do it but it keeps coming back😩😣and it hurts to walk😩
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Did anyone experience low back pain before their bfp? And/or cramping on one side of their abdomen?
I have a low tolerance of pain so I’m screwed either way 😂 but I am going to get through a natural birth no matter what!
Quick question: Are the contractions or pushing the most painful?
I’ve felt contractions with my first and omg. But I didn’t experience the pushing. He was way to tiny.
