School started 3 weeks ago and already a parent wanted to talk to me about my son apparently kissing her son on the cheek... and she said it in front of another mom. It totally caught me off guard I thought she wanted to know who I was to introduce herself. 😒
My response: That's new, he's usually very shy. Maybe since he has a little brother whom he's affectionate with, he assumes everyone is the same. We will talk about respecting other people's space. But in my mind I wanted to drop kick her lol (baby steps) 😂How would u have answered her???

I think you did a very good job. My son is very affectionate and doesn't understand boundaries yet and today while at the Outlets he ran up to a little boy (probably 3 or 4) and gave him the biggest hug. Thankfully the little boy and his grandma were also very sweet and hugged him back. He's always giving people love and I usually just laugh it off or explain how he loves to love. He never means any harm. I don't ever try to stop him because this world needs more love and if he's the one who wants to spread it that's fine with me. It's also why I keep him vaccinated lol
