His pediatrician said rice cereal has no real nutritional value, so start with oatmeal. I don’t know how much better oatmeal is, but it certainly tasted better to me.

We went with pre-made baby oatmeal, organic or not depending on what the store had. I tried to make it myself, since I made all his other food, but failed miserably.
