Update from my last status:

Nausea is gone. No more puking! I'm holding down liquids. So I'm sticking with water and gaterade. But now I have chest pains. ): I took some Tylenol and it seems to be helping a little. It's just a constant pain in the center of my chest. I can relieve it by sitting up and leaning forward. I'm hoping it'll wear off, but if it continues, I'll have to go to urgent care or the ER.
