Just clean before and after? And can I put the cream on more than twice a day since I have to wipe it off when she feeds? I'm so lost right now. I've never had this issue. I just want it to go away. Yes you have milk. Baby needs to get it. Just because you dont respond to a pump doesnt mean your milk is gone. Put baby to breast. I know its painful
