Is he eating any baby food yet? My son always poops really well after eating watermelon or cherries, but I’m not sure if they’re okay for 4 months. It could be the formula, too, if you use formula. My sister had to switch to Alimentum because her son kept getting constipated on other formulas.

My daughter would go long periods of time not pooping because she was breastfed. Maybe that’s why? You can mix an oz of prune or white grape juice and another oz of water too in his bottle. Poor baby! 😞
