Any mommas here been having any types of break downs???

Alot of us. I melted down yesterday.

Had one a few weeks ago . Literally locked myself n the bathroom from my three year old n cryed like hell

I've had two since I had my baby

I thought i was the only one. Its like doesnt make any type of sense 😭 like ive just been emotional getting mad fast yelling crying shaking. And today is the first day that i had a real big bad melt down.

I told my husband i felt like disappearing and leaving him with the girls. I really feel useless.

I have to days last Fri an than again Sunday so yes
