Whole grain cereal like multigrain cheerios, veggie chips, steamed baby carrot chunks, Gerber makes these little Vienna sausage looking things too, rice husks, arrowroot cookies, they also have veggie puffs
Once your baby is a pro at eating soft mashed foods, he may be ready to move on to finger foods around 8 months. He'll need to have mastered the pincer grip so that he can use his thumb and forefinger to pick up the small chunks offood.
Banana, toast if prefering softer foods. But anything really if it's chopped so it's long enough for them to hold and chew on. After 6months and can hold food themselves.
Thanks girls he’s not quite ready for it yet. he’s great with his hands but I’m going to wait till he’s around 6 months yet, I just wanted some ideas for when he’s ready x
Cucumber slices...carrot slices... florets of Broccoli /cauliflower. Steamed apple /pear. No toast until 8 to 9 month as it contains wheat which is a lot for ur baby's digestive system to handle x
Emily is 5 months nearly we give her Cucumber slice s at the dinner table with us. Helps her gums whilst teething. Will wait another few weeks and offer her some mashed sweet potato and carrot.x
