@twins1987 I feel it now! And taking medicine triggers my anxiety most of the time bc most sinus and cold meds make me feel jittery or drunk 😂😭

@twins1987 yes girl it does! And I have taken hot showers but haven't tried the tea. I did do nasacort last night but I believe I need something stronger like a allergy med. Which I have in tjere but I read the side effects and I'm scared it'll trigger an attack since it said could.cause racing heart 😭😭
